Rent

Paying your rent and services charges is important!
Failing to pay your rent and service charge is a serious breach of your tenancy agreement. We may take legal action and you could ultimately lose your home. Every tenant is responsible for paying their rent and service charge; this is the case even if you are receiving benefits.

Your tenancy agreement gives a full breakdown of your rent and service charge.

Your rent and service charge payments are due weekly/monthly in advance, on a Monday. However, you can also opt to pay your rent and service charges monthly in advance. Use the handy calculator below to work out how much your monthly rent and service charge will be.
