All members should get the opportunity to sample the new windows firsthand when the office holds a resident meeting for each estate in the initial days or weeks leading up to the installation of the windows on your estate. Do make every effort to attend as there are some unique “state of the art” features to these windows which also makes them a safer choice as they have some exceptional burglar resistant characteristics.

However, where there is a requirement that doesn’t have a knock-on effect on the price of the program; tenants will be canvassed as to their choice of colour scheme. Feel free to contact the office and ask for more information, alternatively, this can be brought up at the annual general meeting.

The contractors will initially make arrangements with you to visit your home to measure up your windows. Later they will make arrangements with you to install the new windows.

Please make definite appointments with the contractors for a convenient time and date to install your new windows as the timing of the installation may have to coincide with other installations taking place in your block. And if agreed appointments are not kept there may be a recharge for missed dates.
